The Bognor Regis Arts & Culture Open Forum is a not-for-profit inclusive voluntary organisation, for the communities of Bognor Regis, established for the for the purpose of:
Promoting an inclusive and fair community, using arts & culture to inspire the advancement of:
Security & Trust - by helping to keep our communities safe and free from harm
Health & Fitness for Purpose - by organising sound priorities with and for the whole community
Accessibility & Communications - by openly engaging with everyone as equals.
Resilience & Sustainability - by offering learning and cultural opportunities and support
Evaluation & Accountability - by valuing everyone’s contribution and transparently accounting for our actions; learning from our experiences and celebrating our successes together.
Our purpose and aims are enshrined in our Constitution.....
This enterprise has been created by Bognorians and is inspired by and dedicated to all of them; most notably Bucge, William Blake, Sir Richard Hotham and especially our good and true friends Erik Jack, Ro Manuel and Jim Brooks...
and with grateful thanks and appreciation to Sasha Levtov of the Regis School of Music, for his kind and generous support for the initiative from the outset.
The questions for the newly emerging Arts & Culture enterprise to consider are:
Do we feel a sense of unease about the prevailing culture in Bognor/Arun?
Would we like it to change?
Do we believe that we can influence change?
Do we know how best to influence change?
Do we believe that we have the capacity to help it change for the better?
How can we build the capacity of the community to a point where it can make a positive difference?
The Open Forum is where it started, the BRAIN is what we call our Steering Group and bognor.online is our virtual home.

Or as Bucge might say "Ond swa hit styrtan; gæð a wyrd Bucganora swa hio scel",
Who knows where it will take us....
