THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY
Bognor Regis Arts & Culture Enterprise is a not-for-profit voluntary community organisation, with a focus on Bognor Regis, established for the following objects:
• The advancement of the arts and cultural heritage
• The promotion of inclusion and equity
• The advancement of learning opportunities
• The advancement of community development
Year 1 (2025) - Year of Creation
Creation of a solid enterprise to pursue the vision.
Security & Compliance testing
Accumulation of ideas
Recruitment of volunteers
Delivery of first objectives

Year 2 (2026) - Year of Inspiration
Fitness for purpose testing
Securing funding for generation phase
Year 3 (2027) - Year of Generation
Communications review
Physical spaces available for local artists to share their creations.
A number of co-ordinated cultural events.
Year 4 (2028) - Year of Motivation
Increased co-ordinated events.
Resilience testing
Year 5 (2029) - Year of Appreciation
Significant art and cultural event during 1 week in August 29
Accountability review
N.B. The Business Plan will be developed as a priority by the Planning Team once established.
